No Fear

Psalm 23 is one of the most recognized sections of the Bible among followers and non-followers alike. It is the testimony of someone who knows God as He really is – the powerful King of all creation and the loving shepherd of those who have surrendered to His care. This series will help you understand the heart of God and discover what He offers to us in a broken and fragile world
Week 1 Message- He is Good
Date- March 4th & 5th, 2017
Key Verse(s)-
Speaker- Rusty Coram
Work as a Shepherd was very important in ancient times. Their primary role was to herd, tend and guard the sheep. These animals were crucial to the financial well-being of their owner, and it pained them to lose even one. God is even more invested in our lives, as He lovingly watches over us. Our well-being rests in His hands alone.
Week 2 Message- He Cares
Date- March 11th & 12th, 2017
Key Verse(s)-
Speaker- Rusty Coram
A good shepherd seeks out the ideal circumstances for his flock to thrive. They lead their sheep to a place of nourishment and rest. All the sheep have to do is follow. When we allow God to be our Shepherd, He cares for us in the very same way.
Week 3 Message- He Protects
Date- March 18th & 19th, 2017
Key Verse(s)-
Speaker- Rusty Coram
Sheep aren’t necessarily known for being the smartest of animals and they don’t fare well untended. They easily fall prey to predators, as they blindly follow their own desires. Aside from human intelligence, we aren’t all that different - often falling victim to our own poor choices. God watches over His children closely and protects us from evil.
Week 4 Message- He Wil Not Leave
Date- March 25th & 26th, 2017
Key Verse(s)-
Speaker- Rusty Coram
A shepherd can’t guarantee his flock will never encounter danger. When it inevitably arrives, he works tirelessly to root out evil, gather the flock and calm their hearts. The same is true for us as believers. Our lives will never be danger-free, but God has promised to stand by our side and protect us always.
